FAQ

Pricing questions, answered.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes — $0, no credit card. One AWS account, one seat, a daily scan, and 7-day findings history. It's the full read-only product on a single account, not a time-limited trial.

How is pricing counted?

Command and Control are billed per seat, per month — a seat is one person who can log in, and you can add unlimited paid seats. Free includes one seat. Seats are separate from connected AWS accounts: Free connects 1 AWS account, Command up to 5, and Control up to 15.

What's the difference between Command and Control?

Command covers visibility and cost control for small teams — up to 5 connected AWS accounts, 90-day history, basic automation and weekly reports. Control adds production security, compliance, and operations: up to 15 connected AWS accounts, unlimited history, alerts, workflow automation, the public API and webhooks, cross-account intelligence, and executive reporting.

Do I need to enter a credit card to start?

No. Start Free with read-only access, connect an AWS account, and run a scan. Upgrade to a paid plan when you need more accounts, seats, automation, or advanced modules.

How does trueno access my AWS account?

Through a read-only IAM role gated by an external ID, assumed server-side over STS. No agents, no stored AWS keys, and you can revoke access from your AWS console at any time.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded as your cloud and team change. For custom AWS account limits, procurement, or dedicated support, get in touch.

The Free tier covers one AWS account with a daily scan — no credit card. Connect a read-only role and run your first scan in a few minutes.
